This place is disgusting, there’s dust everywhere and the facility isn’t well taken care of. Super cheap management. It looks like they never update the toys, they’re all very old and so many parts are missing, therefore eliminating the amount of toys kids can play with. To top it off, they never turn on the AC or Heat. In winter it’s freezing and in summer it’s unbearably hot. They’ve also shut off their water fountains because they want you to purchase water.
Horrible place. I wish there were better and more indoor playgrounds in the area!
Decent prices and large play area, but there are serious issues:
1) they did check us in, but no staff was checking the exit, it is really dangerous as someone can abduct a kid
2) Visited on a weekend, awfully/terribly crowded
3) Under staffed, place was a mess, broken toys, missing parts
Sorry its hard to leave a bad review, but definitely not going back
Good indoor place. Although, whenever we visit this place with our kids, we always end up having an illness bout. The place can do better in terms of hygiene. The birthday parties could be held for a longer time slot than 2 hours. I think a minimum of 3 hours are needed since some time is always needed to set up and breakdown the birthday party decorations.
It was clean and good people around and many kids were there. Don't have much experience for this place but it was the first time visiting. Seems okay but not sure full details because of first time visited.
This is NOT A DAYCARE! If you bring your kid, make sure you’re actually parenting and watching after your kids. The audacity of some “adults” to come here and let their kid do whatever they want while they’re on their phone not paying attention.
I’m giving 2 stars because there is no organization on the actual play area whatsoever. We took our 11 month old and strictly stuck to the crawler zone (ONLY for 0-2 ages), but there were so many older kids coming in and out. There should be someone at the entrance of the crawler zone because it is a huge danger having older kids “playing” in the CRAWLER zone. We didn’t even enjoy most of the time since older kids were running, jumping into the baby ballpit, and throwing the balls all around. Only ONCE did a staff member step in to kick out all the other kids.
They also need to enforce a capacity limit, seemed like chaos all around.
I’d give one star but the birthday party was actually fun. Kids had a blast but staff and service were bare bones at best. Unfortunately as our time in the rented room ended and the staff helped us load the carts to take home gifts & leftover food somebody stole my brand new iPhone charger with extended cord and hair products. I didn’t notice until I unloaded our car back at home that an entire bag of items was missing. I guess when the staff said they’d load the carts and help us out that meant help themselves to my stuff. Called the facility hoping it was a mistake and my items were in list & found but nope, they’re gone and we’re almost definitely stolen by staff as we exited.
A good time can be had here but keep close eye on your valuables and not from other people playing in building but from sticky handed (not to mention generally rude) staff.
Painful to write reviews like this. Ugh.
Took my 2 year old here for the first time and he had a blast. We played for 3 hours non stop. Plenty of activities/ things to do. Not too crowded on the weekday late afternoon.
This place is pretty awesome. Lots of parking. Very clean, new equipment & spacious. There is a nice sitting area for parents, caregivers and nursing mothers. I also like the safe and enclosed space for crawlers. My three-year-old loved the carousel. And there’s lots of climbing and jumping activities, as well as dress up and doll houses. We drove from Oakland, so traffic is always busy. But it’s worth the drive every now and then. Great space. Only downfall is they charge by the hour on weekends (which includes Friday), which we found out about after it was announced on the intercom that our playtime was over based on our colored wristband. But otherwise, would definitely recommend this place, especially for parents with multiple children.
